Accounting/Business Manager


Are you an experienced accounting professional who would love a part-time, virtual position that
would allow you to achieve the optimal work/life balance?  We are looking for a self-motivated,
high energy Accounting Specialist. Position responsibilities include A/P, A/R, payroll and
month-end closing services, budgeting as well as other accounting related functions as requested.
This position is highly flexible, and task oriented which requires a self-driven individual to
successfully prioritize and manage multiple tasks at any given time. 

Job Summary 

The position includes:

● 15 -30 hours per week

● Utilizing QuickBooks online

● Reconcile & maintain general ledgers

● Produce financial reports & statements

● Prepare balance sheets & income

● Trouble shooting inaccuracies, inconsistencies etc.

● Work collaboratively with senior management to improve efficiency and profitability

● Other duties as needed

The applicant should possess the following attributes:

● A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field

● 5 years of bookkeeping experience

eCommerce Software Implementation Project Manager


● Responsible for new customer implementations of the EqualLevel eCommerce Solution in varying degrees of complexity.
● Establish solution implementation project plans with milestones and track to completion.
● Engage with customers to capture customer requirements and business processes.
● Configure proprietary EqualLevel Marketplace solutions to customer requirements and specifications.
● Coordinate with the Product Integration team to establish connections to external systems.
● Coordinate with the Product Management team on customer change requests, including bug fixes, implementation productivity enhancement, and new feature requests.
● Coordinate with the Supplier Enablement team to ensure a customer’s contracted vendors are established at their highest eCommerce capability.
● Support the Sales team on solution demonstration and presentation to prospective customers.
● Escalate critical customer requests and issues to the EqualLevel leadership group.


● 2+ years of experience as a software implementation project manager.
● In-depth knowledge of SaaS model delivery.
● Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to take on a task and formulate a plan of approach.
● Ability to work on multiple implementation projects concurrently.
● Ability to establish an implementation project plan and track to closure.
● Ability to thoroughly document and produce work products.
● Proficient with Google Apps and/or MS Office suite.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interface with customers directly

● Direct sales of eCommerce platform to small and medium-size distributors.

Senior Software Engineer
