We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional with expert level in B2B software integration, communication, presentation and project management skills to join our growing team. In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for new customer integration implementation of the EqualLevel eCommerce Solution in varying degrees of complexity.
  • Establish solution implementation project plans with milestones and track to completion.
  • Engage with customers to capture customer requirements and business processes.
  • Configure proprietary EqualLevel Marketplace solutions to customer requirements and specifications.
  • Coordinate with the Product Integration team to establish connections to external systems.
  • Coordinate with the Product Management team on customer change requests, including bug fixes, implementation productivity enhancement, and new feature requests.
  • Coordinate with the Supplier Enablement team to ensure a customer’s contracted vendors are established at their highest eCommerce capability.
  • Develop customer facing user’s guides and videos.
  • Support the Sales team on solution demonstration and presentation to prospective customers.
  • Escalate critical customer requests and issues to the EqualLevel leadership group.
  • Contribute towards the continuous process improvement effort to optimize solution delivery.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a software implementation project manager.
  • 2+ years of experience in eCommerce punchout site integration experience using cXML, EDI, and/or OCI standards.
  • In depth knowledge of SaaS model delivery.
  • Experience in the eCommerce software industry.
  • Exceptional analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to take on a task and formulate a plan of approach.
  • Ability to work on multiple implementation projects concurrently.
  • Ability to establish implementation project plan and track to closure.
  • Ability to thoroughly document and produce work products.
  • Proficient with Google Apps and/or MS Office suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to be able to interface with customers directly
  • Bachelor’s degree with major in Computer Science, Engineering, or Business Administration, or related fields.

Position Overview:

EqualLevel is seeking a revenue-centric Demand Generation Marketing Manager to help us drive quality leads to meet pipeline and ARR goals. In this role, you’ll be responsible for planning, implementing and executing integrated marketing campaigns through multiple channels, driving engagement and generating qualified leads.

Core Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic, creative multi-channel campaigns that accelerate revenue growth, lead generation and brand awareness.
  • Determine the appropriate mix of campaign elements, including email, social, direct mail, webinars, virtual events and content syndication to deliver pipeline goals.
  • Leverage FreshCRM to create email nurture programs, segmented lists and campaign assets including emails, landing pages and forms.
  • Develop, manage and refine persona-based, lead nurturing programs to turn prospects into qualified leads.
  • Conceptualize and create educational product and solution content for a variety of personas

Overview

We are experiencing strong growth and expanding our sales team. We are looking for an experienced Account Executive to join our US Public Sector sales team. This person will be responsible to manage and grow named prospect targets primarily within the K-12 and Cities/Counties segments. This position ideally is based in Southern California.

Job Summary

The position includes:

  • Manage the entire software sales life cycle from, lead generation, pipeline building, forecasting and closing net new accounts for approximately 200 named prospects.
  • Build out an account penetration model that encourages multi-angle access into key targets
  • Provide proactive thought leadership to target prospects
  • Collaborate with EqualLevel marketing department on lead generation activities within the overall marketing framework
  • Develop and deliver proactive sales proposals
  • Maintain an opportunity pipeline that is 3-5x’s the current year’s revenue target
  • Work independently as well as collaboratively with pre-sales, marketing, and company executives to systematically develop sales opportunities
  • Be able to demonstrate solution value, key features, and fit with the customer’s business at many levels (CXO, Finance & Accounting, IT, end-users)
  • Develop and maintain excellent on-going internal and external partnerships in order to communicate and drive customer requirements into the business unit product plans.
  • Manage relationships with customers at all levels – enable parallel top-down sales through executive relationships and bottoms up sales through teams.

Experience:

A minimum of 3 years of successful enterprise software sales, in either P2P, Sourcing, ERP, CRM, or eCommerce space is desired. Experience selling to K-12 and the Public Sector a plus.

The candidate should be able to demonstrate a successful career with extensive direct sales and business development experience and should be able to provide direct references that can attest to the acclaimed experience.

In lieu of Sales experience, ideal candidate can also come from either K-12 or Public Agency service.
