Requirements

We are seeking a talented and ambitious professional with expert level in communication, presentation and project management skills to join our growing team as a Supplier Enablement Specialist. In this role, your responsibilities will be:

Responsibilities

  • Onboard supplier (sell) side customers on the EqualLevel proprietary solutions, including EqualLevel GO and EqualLevel Supplier Network
  • Assess supplier’s eCommerce capability and optimize its presence on the marketplace
  • Communicate with buy-side customers to complete the supplier onboarding process.
  • Coordinate on supplier registration, test connectivity, import catalogs, and punch-out site buildout
  • Coordinate with Implementation Services Managers to enable suppliers per the marketplace implementation project timeline.
  • Facilitate and train supplier point of contacts to ensure accurate catalog information is provided and transmitted

Responsibilities:

Management of the full life cycle of various Software as a Service (SaaS) e-Commerce applications, from gathering requirements to solution design to product roll-out. The Product Manager must become an expert on the applications and assist all other company departments, included sales, marketing, implementation, and more, to ensure customer satisfaction and renewal of the applications.

  • Define internal product requirements based on the company’s strategic direction, the competitive landscape, and customer feedback.
  • Engage with customers to gather their requirements and ask questions to determine the root problem to solve and business benefit of the solution.
  • Develop solutions based on new requirements, including designing process workflows and UI mockups.
  • Write detailed design specifications for the software development team.
  • Assist Quality Assurance (QA) team in identifying test scenarios.
  • Investigate issues escalated from the Customer Support team or discovered on your own. Identify, analyze, and communicate any bugs that are discovered.
  • Create documentation and user guides for various e-Commerce applications.
  • Plan roll-out strategy of bug fixes, product updates, and new product modules.
  • Communicate product roadmap plans and review newly developed features with other teams, including sales, marketing, implementation, and customer support.
