Cathy Boyd joined EqualLevel in April 2019 as Director of Business Development, Education Markets. At EqualLevel, Cathy’s role is to manage successful digital transitions for both new and existing clients.
Cathy’s varied background includes over 20 years focusing on customers’ successful conversions from manual, paper-based procurement processes to streamlined, cost-effective, and automated procurement processes.
Prior to joining EqualLevel, Cathy worked as a Member Services Executive for E&I Cooperative, where she teamed with business partners and eProcurement providers to support members through their successful digital transitions. Before E&I, Cathy served for many years in both sales and project management roles for ESM Solutions, implementing and documenting all products, and providing training. Her most recent position at ESM was Manager of Customer Support where she oversaw the team supporting all clients (buyers and sellers) with a focus on customer success.
Cathy’s diverse background has also included providing process redesign to assist in streamlining processes and reducing costs for a large K-12 supplier, in addition to roles as a Corporate Software Trainer and a Licensed Medical Technologist.
