• Establish solution implementation project plans with milestones and track to completion
• Manage our AWS cloud including server maintenance, deployments, and monitoring
• Work in an agile environment where quick iterations and good feedback are a way of life

• Find creative and elegant solutions to complex problems

Requirements

• 2+ years experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or other equivalent degree
• Experience with server monitoring/observability solutions (Nagios/Pingdom)
• Experience with scripting languages (PHP/Python/Ruby)
• Very comfortable navigating Unix/Linux systems via terminal
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong mentoring skills to help other engineers grow

• AWS Certified DevOps Engineer
• Experience with Nagios, Kibana, Logstash, ElasticSearch
• Experience with HTTP Web Servers (Apache, Nginx)
