Vice President of Technical Ops & Support
As Vice President of Technical Ops & Support, Sung provides leadership to ensure the best customer experience through monitoring, maintenance and support of the EqualLevel applications and the customer integration services. Sung is a Certified Scrum Master (CSM) with extensive training on ITIL and CMMI Level 5.
Prior to joining EqualLevel, Sung worked as a technical project manager, managing critical federal IT projects for the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA), including modernization of Medical Support Systems and Automated Inventory Tracking System. Prior to the federal government projects, Sung worked at B2eMarkets as Manager of Customer Support to deliver client enablement support to a worldwide user base.
Sung holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Systems from Wentworth Institute of Technology, Boston.
When not at work, Sung is a handy DIYer spending his free time in the garage either working on cars or building and playing classic arcade game consoles with his twin boys.
